Beauty World Integrated Transport Hub (ITH) is part of an upcoming integrated development called The Linq @ Beauty World, next to Beauty World MRT.
Located on the large 3.2 hectare site of the former Goh and Goh Building, it will have up to 865 units of residential condo and/or serviced apartments, 7,500 sqm of commercial shops and restaurants, and an air-conditioned integrated bus interchange (Integrated Transport Hub). There will be an underground link connecting it seamlessly to the existing Beauty World MRT station.
This is just one of the many exciting new developments coming to the Beauty World neighbourhood under the Master Plan 2019.

More Mixed Developments and Green Spaces
URA envisions the Beauty World precinct to be "a green urban village that will be a centre of community life and southern gateway into Bukit Timah’s nature attractions". The rejuvenated Beauty World neighbourhood will "offer a lushly landscaped and attractive living environment that is well connected to the surrounding nature attractions. It should include thoughtfully-designed public spaces and pedestrian networks that are well integrated with transport and community uses."
In line with URA's vision, more space has been set aside for park connectors and parks. These include the Coast-to-Coast Trail, Rail Corridor, and Rifle Range Nature Park.
Mixed developments and integrated-use buildings will bring amenities and services closer to residents, while fully utilising the land around the integrated transport hub for greater convenience and ease of commuting.
A new Bukit Timah Community Building will encompass a community centre, the redeveloped Bukit Timah Market and Hawker Centre, public library, indoor sports hall and elderly care facility.
It will be directly linked to Beauty World MRT.
These changes are also expected to spur redevelopment and rejuvenation of older shopping malls in the area such as Bukit Timah Shopping Centre, Beauty World Plaza, Beauty World Centre and Bukit Timah Plaza, bringing a new vibrancy that will take Beauty World into the next generation.
