Cinque Brisbane, オーストラリア – Apartments near Queensland University of Technology & CBD

Cinque, Kelvin Grove Brisbane is a striking new 9 level residential project less than 2km north of the Brisbane CBD.

Situated in the heart of Kelvin Grove Urban Village, one of Brisbane’s most ‘sought after’ new apartment precincts, it is just adjacent to the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) Kelvin Grove Campus.

It offers picturesque views of the Brisbane CBD, Victoria Park Golf Club and Paddington / Red Hill.

Cinque features 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments with only the apartments on levels 7 に 9 (40 available) and ground floor (6 courtyard apartments available) being offered for sale.

The project is being developed EkkoPoint Properties, a successful Brisbane based residential development group. Construction is now underway with completion programmed for mid 2015.

In Brisbane, employment is centred around health, education and technology – for instance the Royal Brisbane Hospital (7,200 staff) and QUT (2,000 staff
& 10,000 学生).

Cinque, Kelvin Grove is located close to these, as well as to the Institute of Health and Biomedical Innovation, and around 82,000 sqm of commercial office space.

Kelvin Grove has strong rental demand for new affordable apartments: current rentals for unfurnished apartments are $380 に $650 per week; furnished apartments command $80 に $100 per week extra rental.

The local vacancy rate is just 1.9%, and weekly rentals have risen by $20 per week per year for the last 3 年.

All these factors make Cinque, Kelvin Grove Brisbane a great investment option.
