One interesting and distinctive feature in this development is the design and layout of the Row Houses. The ground floor level of the “SOHO” units is directly accessible from the main road and hence very practical for those who have a home office and prefer a separate and highly visible and accessible entrance for clients. In fact, from what I understand, this type of entrance layout is the first in Singapore! Also, there is dual key access for each Row House (independent access for the 1st and 2nd levels) as well as fully equipped kitchens on each level and multiple access to the units via the basement carpark, main road and decked
walkway at pool area. All these features could make it ideal for renting out.
Today’s Straits Times reported that Sennett Residences (also at Potong Pasir) has “sold 175 units at its launch last Wednesday. As of yesterday, 70 per cent of the 332 units in the 99-year leasehold condo had been sold.” Looks like this area is pretty popular with buyers! If you are in the market to buy a new condo in this area, it could be worth registering your interest early to take advantage of the early bird pricing.
