The DTL3 Extension from Expo to new stations Xilin and Sungei Bedok, will open in 2024.
According to the LTA, the first stage of the Downtown Line will open on 22 December 2013, with six stations in the city area opening for service.
The stations are Bugis, Promenade, Bayfront, Downtown, Telok Ayer and Chinatown. These stations will link with three other MRT lines – the Circle Line, North East Line and East-West Line – enhancing connectivity in the city area.
